  • Our turn-around time is 14 - 21 business days. For rush orders, please contact us directly! Rush orders are subject to rush charges.

  • We always suggest that all artwork be submitted in a vector format ie. (.ai, .svg, .pdf). to ensure quality and scalability.

    We accept most files and able to vectorize your graphic for an additional fee.

  • Our minimum order for screen printing and embroidery work is 24 units per design.

  • We currently offer samples for orders of 100 pieces or more.

  • Before we begin production on any project, we send our clients a tech pack to proof and approve. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. If there is a reasonable issue with your order, we may offer a credit on your next project.
